Proposal 路 July 15, 2026 Prepared by Jason For your AI automation build

One automation layer across
every part of the business.

I start by analyzing how your business actually runs and ranking the automation opportunities by impact, then build a single connected layer across all four fronts: lead generation and sales, social content, customer support, and back-office operations. AI agents source and qualify leads, chatbots handle Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp, content gets generated and scheduled, and API integrations tie your platforms together with dashboards and reporting on top. Built on your stack (OpenAI and Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, ManyChat, with Python or Node where the no-code tools fall short) and engineered to scale, so it reduces manual work instead of adding more tools to babysit.

What's Broken Today

Plenty of tools. No connected system.

Automation only pays off when someone analyzes the process first and builds the pieces to work together. Bolted-on tools do the opposite.

馃攳

Opportunities hide in plain sight

Every team has repetitive work worth automating, but without someone who analyzes the process first, you automate the wrong things or add tools that never connect to the rest.

馃З

Point tools don't talk to each other

GoHighLevel here, ManyChat there, a Zapier zap somewhere else. Disconnected automations create silos, double entry, and reporting you cannot fully trust.

馃幁

AI agents that impress but don't operate

A demo chatbot is easy. Agents that source and qualify leads, reply reliably across channels, and book appointments at scale are the hard part, and the part that matters.

The Approach

Analyze first, then build to scale.

The work opens with process analysis: I map how your operation runs across sales, marketing, support, and admin, then rank the automation opportunities by impact and effort so we build the high-leverage ones first. On that basis I build a connected automation layer. AI agents source and qualify leads, run outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling, and sync cleanly into GoHighLevel and your sales pipeline with automated nurturing behind them. On the marketing side, AI generates content and copy and schedules publishing, with campaign management and reporting workflows. For support, conversational agents handle Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp, driving booking and inquiry management. Underneath it all sits the plumbing: API integrations between your platforms, dashboards, notifications, and reporting, plus Python or Node services wherever the no-code tools hit their limits. Everything is built to scale and documented, so it keeps reducing manual work as the business grows instead of turning into a pile of brittle zaps.

Services and Deliverables

What you get. Phase by phase.

Every phase ships something you sign off on before the next begins. Discovery first, then the four automation fronts, then ongoing scale.

馃Л
Phase 1
Discovery and Automation Map
  • Analysis of your processes across sales, marketing, support, and operations
  • Automation opportunities identified and ranked by impact and effort
  • Recommended technology stack per workflow, no tool for its own sake
  • A prioritized automation roadmap you approve before any build
馃幆
Phase 2
Lead Generation and Sales Automation
  • AI agents for lead sourcing and qualification
  • Automated outreach, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
  • CRM and sales pipeline integration, GoHighLevel included
  • Automated lead nurturing workflows that stop on reply or booking
馃挰
Phase 3
Social and Customer Support Automation
  • AI content generation and marketing copy with scheduled publishing
  • Chatbots across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp
  • AI-driven booking and inquiry management
  • Campaign management and reporting workflows
馃攲
Phase 4
Business Process Automation and Integrations
  • API integrations between your business platforms
  • Dashboards, notifications, and reporting systems
  • Repetitive administrative tasks automated end to end
  • Python or Node services where no-code tools fall short
馃殌
Phase 5 路 Ongoing
Automation Partner
  • New agents and workflows added as fresh opportunities surface
  • Monitoring, error handling, and optimization so it runs reliably at scale
  • Documentation and walkthroughs so your team can run and extend it
  • All accounts, API keys, and workflows owned by you, not by me
Order of Build

Next Step

Let's map your automation opportunities.

A 30 minute call where I share my screen, walk through how I'd analyze your processes, and rank where automation will move the needle first across the four fronts. We'll confirm the stack and scope against the highest-impact wins. Happy to walk through commercials on the call.
